About the role

This position involves overseeing individual and group therapy services within a residential treatment facility in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities

• Oversee individual and group therapy services.
• Ensure clinical treatment integration with residential care.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to staff.
• Ensure compliance with agency and licensing regulations.
• Collaborate on special programs and community relations.
• Support crisis management and de-escalation efforts.

Requirements

• NYS LCSW, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist license.
• 3-5 years of experience with emotionally disturbed adolescents.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.

$95,000-$101,000 Per Year

Schedule

Flexible Schedule: Sunday - Thursday (8 hour day, 40 hour week) OR Tuesday - Saturday (8 hour day, 40 hour week)
