Assistant Center Manager - Physical Therapist

Select Physical Therapy in Glendale, CA is seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist to join their team as an Assistant Center Manager. This role offers a unique blend of clinical care and operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day clinic operations
• Deliver high-quality rehabilitative care
• Participate in Select Physical Therapy's National Leadership Development Program
• Support the growth and development of the center and market through program and business development
• Engage and retain employees through various initiatives
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues
• Develop strategies to increase profitability
• Provide an exceptional patient care experience

Requirements

• Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapy License
• CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish

$110K - $115K/year (based on experience)
