Assistant Center Manager - Physical Therapist

About the role

Select Physical Therapy in Mid-Wilshire, CA is seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist to join their team as an Assistant Center Manager. This role offers the opportunity to continue treating patients while developing skills in clinic operations, team leadership, and future leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day clinic operations
• Deliver high-quality rehabilitative care
• Participate in Select Physical Therapy’s National Leadership Development Program
• Utilize local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers
• Grow and manage center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and PTAs
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapist License to start
• CPR Certification
• One year minimum experience required

• Experience in a clinical leadership and operations-focused role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing high-quality rehabilitative care

Pay

$105K - $120K/year (based on experience)
