About the role
The Assistant Clinic Director (ACD) plays a key role in patient care and clinic leadership. In this role, you will:
- Provide direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocols.
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to identify and address the root causes of hormone-related and wellness conditions.
- Collaborate with the Clinic Director, physician Medical Director, operations, and management teams to ensure clinical and operational success.
- Support wellness-focused programs, including sleep apnea management, weight control, hypertension, low libido, and aesthetic services (at select locations).
- Assist with the supervision of clinic support staff.
Requirements
- Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (required)
- CURRENT DEA registration (required)
- At least 1 year of clinical practice experience
- Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
- Availability during clinic hours (see schedule below) and 2 Saturdays per month (additional incentive pay provided)
Hours of Operation
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (2 Saturdays per month required; additional pay provided)
Training
Two consecutive weeks (10 business days) of paid training, Monday through Friday.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $130,000 (Guaranteed)
- Saturday Incentive: $400 per required Saturday (approximately $10,400 annually)
- RVU Bonus Opportunity: Up to $4,900 annually based on KPI achievement
