Responsibilities
- Build relationships with patients, store personnel, and the health care community to enhance practice building and continuity of care.

Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor's Degree as a Physician Assistant (PAs in OH must have completed 500 hours of post-graduate physician-supervised experience)
- One year of experience in healthcare
- Active license, American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification and all necessary state credentials
- Board certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C); or physician assistant (PA-C), where eligible
Skills
- Experience with applicable clinical procedures
- Experience with electronic health record charting systems
- Previous experience in retail health, emergency health, critical care
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and influencing skills
- Experience providing high-quality medical care to patients
- Experience participating in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings
- Experience managing clinic inventory and ordering supplies
- Experience performing quality control on instrumentation and CLIA waived testing
- Experience utilizing company information systems
- Experience supporting mentor programs
- Experience controlling costs at clinics to meet profitability goals
- Experience maintaining a presence in the community through local nursing organization involvement and community outreach
- Experience traveling to designated clinics within a specified geographic area
