Assistant Center Director (BCBA)

About the role

The Assistant Center Director (BCBA) oversees the daily operations of the behavioral intervention program at our center. They are responsible for ensuring that all services provided meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with BCBA staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments
• Provide supervision and training to BCBA staff
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all services provided
• Participate in regular meetings with management to discuss progress and address concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or closely related field preferred
• Valid BCBA certification
• At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
• Experience in leading and supervising a team of behavior analysts
• Strong organizational and administrative skills

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
