Center Director (BCBA)
Job Description
Lead our New Treatment Center opening soon in Springfield!
Competitive compensation package available - $80,000 - $90,000 – placement is time-sensitive.
This role involves managing both client and staff-related responsibilities. For clients, you’ll conduct outreach, maintain records, communicate with other directors, monitor QA items, maintain schedules, coordinate transportation, maintain the center and oversee program development. For staff, you’ll conduct field interviews, manage schedules, evaluate performance, attend meetings, and provide training.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masters in ABA, Special Ed., Psychology, or related field
- Current BCBA Certification
- Current LABA in Massachusetts
- Three (3) years of experience in applied setting developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs
