About the role
The Center Director (BCBA) oversees the day-to-day operations of the behavioral health center, ensuring all services are delivered in accordance with evidence-based practices. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of autism spectrum disorders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of evidence-based interventions for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with families and community partners.
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and progress evaluations to ensure program effectiveness.
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
- A BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
- Experience in leading and managing a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
