About the role
The Center Director-BCBA oversees all aspects of the center's operations, including curriculum development, staff supervision, and parent partnerships. They are responsible for ensuring high-quality educational programs and fostering a supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement evidence-based educational programs aligned with BCBA best practices.
- Supervise and mentor BCBA staff, providing ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with parents and families to enhance child outcomes through effective communication and support.
- Conduct regular assessments and progress monitoring to inform program adjustments and improvements.
- Participate in community outreach and advocacy efforts to promote early intervention services.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- At least 5 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of behavior analysts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques, including functional behavior assessment and positive reinforcement strategies.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data management software.

Pay
