Assistant Center Director (BCBA)

About the role

The Assistant Center Director (BCBA) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the BCBA program at our center. This individual will work closely with the BCBA to ensure the highest quality of care and support for the clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of the BCBA program, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to develop and implement training programs for staff.
• Assist in the supervision and evaluation of staff members.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and program activities.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• Valid BCBA certification.
• At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience in supervising and training staff.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
