We are growing and seeking an experienced, motivated Assistant Body Shop Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Body Shop Manager with daily operations and workflow
• Help coordinate repair schedules and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time
• Assist with estimating, repair orders and insurance-related processes
• Monitor repair quality and ensure work meets company standards
• Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, insurance companies and vendors
• Help manage and support body shop staff
• Assist with maintaining productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction goals
• Help maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment
• Support the Body Shop Manager with administrative and operational duties as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of automotive body shop or collision repair experience preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Knowledge of collision repair processes and estimating is preferred
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license

Pay

Up to $8,000 per month based on experience and performance
