Assistant Athletics Director Ticket Operation & Sales

About the role

The Assistant Athletics Director of Ticket Operations and Sales works under the direction of the Chief Revenue Officer. The Assistant Athletics Director is a member of the University of San Francisco Athletic Department and works cooperatively with student-athletes, coaches, athletics department staff members, and University employees on ticket and business operations items.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ticket sales and operations
• Manage ticket staff members
• Aid in revenue generation strategies
• Collaborate with student-athletes, coaches, and athletics department staff
• Work with University employees on ticket and business operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ticket operations or related field
• Experience with ticketing software and systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team

• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations

Pay

$60,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
