Position Details
The Department of Neurological Sciences at the University of Vermont’s Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine invites applications for a new Tenure Track faculty position. Applicants should possess a Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree and be committed to excellence in both research and the teaching of the anatomical sciences (e.g. Gross Anatomy, Neuroscience). We are seeking candidates with a record of research excellence and achievement in areas that complement existing programs within the Department and who possess a particular interest or expertise in neuroimmunology, neuroinflammation, and/or neurodegeneration. Our unique department consists of clinical scholars, basic scientists, and medical educators. The aim of this position is to enhance collaborations among faculty.
Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is:
- Assistant Professor: $110,000-$145,000
- Associate Professor: $145,000-$180,000
- Professor: $180,000-$215,000
