About the role
The Department of Basic Medical Sciences (BMS) at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix seeks to hire assistant, associate, or full professors in the broad areas of immunology and related disciplines. The positions report directly to the department chair.
Responsibilities
- Conduct independent research in immunology or related fields
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in immunology and related areas
- Participate in departmental, college, and university committees
- Secure external funding for research projects
Requirements
- PhD in Immunology or a closely related field
- Strong record of research productivity
- Excellent teaching skills
