Assistant Architectural Associate - Commercial

About the role

We are an architectural firm who helps talented designers grow their careers rapidly in an empowering creative culture. We are currently searching for an Assistant Architectural Associate with 0-3+ years of experience to work on-site in our Sarasota office on the Commercial Team.

Responsibilities

• Produce design deliverables and Revit project documentation under the direction of senior team members.
• Aid drafting and architectural documentation team under the direction of senior team members.
• Prepare for ARE exams

Requirements

• A degree in Architecture, Design, or related discipline
• Proficiency in Revit, CAD, graphic design, and 3D modeling/visualization software
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving skills, resourceful, attention to detail, motivated to learn
• Collaborative and professional work ethic

Qualifications

• Preparedness to take the ARE exam

Skills

• Self-check work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and compile data for document compliance in accordance with the Project Delivery Manual.
• Support to tasks within project teams (may focus on individual detailed tasks)
• Studio activities
• Assist with coordination among team members and consultants
• Participation in design reviews, charrettes, and pinups
• Open communication within team and with designated team leader

Pay
