Architectural Associate

About the role

We're looking for an Architectural Associate with 3-5+ years of experience to join a collaborative and growing design team. This is a great opportunity to work closely with experienced architects and project leaders while taking ownership of projects from early planning and design through construction documents and administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Support projects from preliminary design through construction administration.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Apply building, life-safety, and accessibility codes to project designs.
• Participate in site visits, design coordination, and construction observations.
• Work on a variety of large- and small-scale projects.
• Contribute ideas, solve design challenges, and maintain high-quality project documentation.

Requirements

• NAAB-accredited degree in Architecture.
• 3-5+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Enscape, Lumion, or similar visualization software.
• Strong understanding of building and accessibility codes.
• Excellent drafting, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working collaboratively.
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to work fully in-office in Ozark, MO and relocate if needed.
