About the role
The Asset Protection Manager is responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of company assets. This includes monitoring inventory, managing security protocols, and responding to incidents.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all company assets
- Oversee security measures to prevent theft and damage
- Respond to security breaches and investigate incidents
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve asset management processes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Studies, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in asset protection or similar role
- Proven ability to manage inventory and implement security protocols
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry best practices in asset protection
- Experience with inventory management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
