Asset Data Coordinator (Contract - 12 Months)
About The Role
The Asset Data Analyst is instrumental in the strategic management and governance of organizational asset data. This role provides critical analytical support for program-level initiatives and comprehensive reporting, ensuring alignment with client Key Performance Indicator (KPI) mandates, the technical requirements of Engineering and Operations teams, and long-term Capital Planning strategies. This job is part of the Asset Management function. They are responsible for the Lifecycle Asset Management (LCAM), Capital Planning (CP), and related strategic global programs to deliver on client company requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Systematically document, categorize, and audit asset data for HVAC, electrical, FLS, BMS, and IoT infrastructure across diverse campus facilities.
- Ensure data integrity and manage record accuracy across multiple enterprise platforms, including Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), data visualization dashboards, and Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and coordinate with external vendors to provide tailored asset reporting, resolve data gaps, and track system trends.
- Strategize and implement Engineering Preventative Maintenance (PM) frameworks to optimize operational efficiency.
- Drive Capital Planning program initiatives, oversee asset lifecycle monitoring, and facilitate project management delivery.
- Orchestrate regular status meetings and follow-up protocols with global departments and vendors to monitor progress and secure deliverable alignment.
- Facilitate time-critical deliverables across multiple strategic KPI initiatives.
- Facilitate professional communication and meticulous record-keeping, ensuring information accuracy and stakeholder comprehension through proactive engagement.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study is preferred, accompanied by up to three years of professional experience.
- Proven background in Project Management, Facilities Management, or Asset Management is highly desirable.
- Technical proficiency with mechanical HVAC systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and IoT ecosystems.
- Advanced command of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, Gmail) or comparable enterprise productivity suites.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities combined with a sophisticated analytical and inquisitive mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex instructions and operate autonomously with minimal executive oversight.
- Acute attention to detail with the capacity to establish and enforce rigorous operational processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in quantitative data analysis and the generation of high-impact strategic reports.
Compensation
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Program Analyst position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $95,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
