Asset Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Supporting Asset Management and Configuration Imaging services for a new client in a warehouse environment.
• Managing shipping and receiving functions surrounding this activity.
• UPS Air and ground freight arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proficient and experienced with MS Office business applications, primarily Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with Database administration.
• Proper tracking of IT assets is critical to the success of this contract.
• Detail-oriented individuals with strong organization skills are needed.
• Good communication skills with customer interaction and conference calls with the client.
• Team player who is self-sufficient and willing to assist with all aspects of the operation.
