Asset Coordinator
Job Description
Peak’s Asset Coordinator will track all asset additions, transfers, and disposals for the business unit. Essential duties include quarterly audits of the rental fleet, verifying asset information, ensuring company decals and unit numbers are present, assisting with annual budget recommendations, and performing special assignments.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Equivalent work experience preferred
- 1-3 years system process management experience with fleet and facility maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Prior experience with loss prevention and managing company assets
- General knowledge of heavy equipment, oilfield equipment, and vehicles
- Proven ability to define and communicate objectives, delegate, and prioritize assignments
- Demonstrated ability to focus and manage multiple priorities
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Access)

Physical Demands and Exposures
- Maintains a climate-controlled environment
- Works Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, with overtime when required
