Assembler - Full Time

About the Role

An Assembler responsible for producing jackets or cores to meet quality and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operate, and monitor machinery handling materials per procedures
• Inspect finished products for quality compliance
• Package finished goods appropriately
• Report issues to supervisors and perform machine cleaning
• Document work processes and participate in training and safety protocols
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment following safety and work standards
• Operate equipment, read manuals, and follow procedures
• Dependability, positive attitude, and good attendance
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in temperature extremes
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends
