Assembler - Full Time

Starting rate of $23 per hour, plus quarterly bonus eligibility.

About the role

Assemble components, review order details, and follow drawings and standards to build machine products. Identify and document material or hardware shortages and follow inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Report non-conforming parts/materials to supervisors.
• Input and scan work order data using RF scanners and complete required reports.
• Consult leads or supervisors to resolve assembly issues.
• Ensure defect-free assembly through standard procedures, inspections, and repairs.
• Participate in continuous process improvements.
• Meet efficiency, productivity, utilization, and shipping targets.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Perform safety/environmental inspections and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Operate overhead crane system and perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical education.
• 6 months related experience.
• Ability to read drawings.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Ability to use measuring tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced mechanical knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, drive systems, or engine assembly.
• PLC and Can-Bus knowledge is a plus.
