About the role

Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical products following work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble products per specifications, operate production equipment, and use hand tools safely.
  • Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed.
  • Verify material accuracy and conduct inspections, documenting quality and test results.
  • Meet production goals and report issues to supervision.
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards, maintain an organized workspace, and support continuous improvement and team training.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, engineers, and supervisors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma with 2+ years in manufacturing or assembly.
  • Experience with electro-mechanical assemblies, PCBAs, wiring, soldering, and adhesives preferred.
  • IPC 610/620 training or certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of ESD practices, quality inspection, and reading technical documentation.
  • Proficient with hand tools, test equipment, and basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working overtime as needed.
