About the role
Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical products following work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products per specifications, operate production equipment, and use hand tools safely.
- Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed.
- Verify material accuracy and conduct inspections, documenting quality and test results.
- Meet production goals and report issues to supervision.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards, maintain an organized workspace, and support continuous improvement and team training.
- Communicate effectively with team members, engineers, and supervisors.
Requirements
- High school diploma with 2+ years in manufacturing or assembly.
- Experience with electro-mechanical assemblies, PCBAs, wiring, soldering, and adhesives preferred.
- IPC 610/620 training or certification preferred.
- Knowledge of ESD practices, quality inspection, and reading technical documentation.
- Proficient with hand tools, test equipment, and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working overtime as needed.
