About the role
Performs mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, testing, fabrication, and inspection of various products in standard and non-standard environments to ensure workflow continuity.
Responsibilities
- Interprets blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Operates hand tools, electrical tools, measuring devices, and light equipment.
- Maintains inventory at workstations.
- Conducts quality checks, identifies defects, and records findings.
- Reworks or repairs products based on engineering specifications.
- Ensures work complies with quality standards and safety procedures.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work standing for extended periods.
Requirements
- High School diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience; or 3 years without diploma or GED.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
