Assembler - Full Time

About the Role

An assembler ensures process safety, monitors product quality, records production weights, and properly packages and stores finished goods while working collaboratively within a team to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards and report violations to supervisors.
• Monitor work processes for safety and quality compliance.
• Complete quality checks and inform supervisors of safety or quality issues.
• Keep work area clean and adhere to company policies.
• Perform tasks related to proper packaging and storage of finished products.
• Assist with other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand work instructions.
• Effective communication skills.
• Capability to read a tape measure is advantageous.
• Willingness to work scheduled hours with occasional overtime.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, kneel, and stoop.
• Stand for up to 8 hours.
