Assembler - Full Time

About the Role

Painter responsible for coating circuit boards and assemblies to ensure protection and quality in a hands-on manufacturing environment. The role involves exposure to chemicals and requires adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Apply coatings using dispensing and PVA machines
• Interpret technical prints and drawings
• Mask areas as required
• Inspect coated surfaces for coverage and perform touch-ups
• Maintain and clean coating equipment
• Transport materials safely
• Follow all safety protocols and handle materials properly
• Support encapsulation and other protective tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in coating or encapsulation roles
• Preferred expertise in spray-painting techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong computer skills
• Knowledge of coating materials and their applications
• Attention to detail and dependability
• Safety awareness and compliance
• Manual dexterity, ability to stand for extended periods, and lift materials
