Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and provide exceptional design consultation services to clients.
• Work on‑site at assigned Home Depot stores within a specific territory, managing relationships with store leaders and associates.
• Leverage Home Depot employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales.
• Manage a sales pipeline.
• Regularly plan, coordinate, and execute lead‑generating events and leverage event sales.
• Self‑direction and ability to work independently while building relationships.
• Enjoy training others and communicating product knowledge.
• Demonstrate proven computer skills and aptitude to learn new software.
• Partner with Home Depot leaders, providing updates on sales performance, merchandising, and displays.
• Ensure Tuff Shed displays are presentable, clean, and maintained; keep signage updated.

Requirements

• Availability to work standard retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
• Proven relationship‑building skills.
• Current valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.

• Proven computer skills and aptitude to learn new software.
• Ability to train others and communicate product knowledge effectively.
• Self‑directed, capable of working independently.

Pay

Eligible for a Sales Performance Incentive Bonus and Earned Commissions. A weekly minimum guaranteed subsidy payment applies if earned commissions fall below the minimum guarantee. Annual compensation could potentially range from $55,000 to $75,000 with commission.

Schedule

Weekend work required; schedule includes standard retail hours, weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
