Area Sales & Design Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a competitive, influential, organized Area Sales & Design Specialist to drive sales growth and provide exceptional design consultation services to our clients. This role requires working on-site at assigned Home Depot stores, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and provide exceptional design consultation services to Home Depot clients.
• Work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores within a specific territory, managing relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates.
• Leverage Home Depot employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales.
• Manage a sales pipeline and regularly plan, coordinate, and execute lead generating events.
• Self-direct and work independently while building relationships.
• Enjoy training others and communicating product knowledge.
• Partner with Home Depot leaders to provide updates on sales performance, merchandising, and displays.
• Ensure Tuff Shed displays are presentable, clean, and maintained; signage is updated.

Requirements

• Availability to work standard retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
• Proven relationship building skills.
• Current valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
