Area Sales & Design Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a competitive, influential, organized Area Sales & Design Specialist who can provide exceptional design consultation services and drive sales growth. This role requires weekend work at Home Depot stores.

What You Will Do

• Drive sales growth and provide design consultation services
• Work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores, managing relationships with store leaders and associates
• Leverage Home Depot employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales
• Manage a sales pipeline
• Plan, coordinate, and execute lead generating events
• Build and maintain relationships independently
• Train others and communicate product knowledge
• Partner with Home Depot leaders to provide updates on sales performance, merchandising, and displays
• Ensure Tuff Shed displays are presentable, clean, and maintained; update signage

Job Requirements

• Availability to work standard retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings
• Proven relationship building skills
• Current valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
