Responsibilities
- Monitor raw material price fluctuations, navigate high-volume market risks, and negotiate optimal contracts with global suppliers.
- Demonstrated success in B2B contract negotiations, profit and loss (P&L) management, and global supply chain operations, with a proven ability to drive business growth, optimize profitability, and build long-term strategic partnerships.
- Developing new clients for a wide range of products.
- Maintain & manage existing customers to ensure business sustainability.
- Regular customer visits.
- Educating customers with our products and provide post-sale technical support.
- Generating market intelligence by observing competitor’s activities/prices/sales.
- Study market potential and applications.
- Post-sale follow-up with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction level.
- Timely collection of receivables for better working capital.
- Reporting to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical business practices.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management to support business growth and organizational objectives.
