Area Manager, Prosthetics (West Florida)

About the role

This is a role where you close a deal and someone walks out of a clinic on a new leg. Ossur makes non-invasive orthopedic devices that give people their lives back, and the West Florida territory is one of the most active in the country.

Responsibilities

• Sell Ossur's Proflex Terra and Navi microprocessor knee to orthotics and prosthetics clinics and their clinical staff, VA facilities, and business owners.
• Build relationships with physical therapists and collaborate with them.
• Help prosthetists and clinic owners see the clinical outcomes and business impact of using Ossur's products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences or a business-related field.
• 2+ years of direct business-to-business field sales experience, ideally in medical or healthcare.
• A track record of hitting 100% of quota for at least two consecutive years.
• Comfortable with frequent daily travel and overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B backgrounds that have translated well: payroll sales (ADP, Paychex), copier/technology sales, EMR or SaaS, and rehabilitative device sales.
• The right candidate should be accountable, goal-oriented, curious, coachable, and have consultative instincts.

Pay

• Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
• On-Target Earnings: $118,000 - $133,000
• Uncapped commission, paid quarterly.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule with frequent travel and overnight stays as needed.
