About the role

The Area Manager at LoJac LLC is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of an assigned area location, focusing on services such as jetting, CCTV, and storm water draining. This position requires a strong operational base and market presence, with a focus on safety, customer service, and employee development.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and establish LoJac's business in the assigned territory with a strong operational base and market brand.
  • Maintain and exemplify LoJac's high safety and service standards by making safety a priority in daily operations.
  • Determine the most attractive market segments and customers based on the value of our service.
  • Create repeat business for the designated area through great customer service and follow-up.
  • Expand the need for LoJac's Hydrovac services through education, awareness, and market development.
  • Develop and train personnel in the area to be professional, safe, knowledgeable, and self-sufficient.
  • Prepare annual budgets, enforce cost controls, and monitor repair and maintenance costs.
  • Facilitate the dispatching of LoJac units and appropriate personnel.
  • Perform job site visits for bidding, inspections, and pre-job preparation.
  • Work overtime if needed by supervisor.
  • Stand, kneel, walk, etc. for long periods of time.
  • Willing to take OSHA and First Aid courses to ensure safety knowledge.
  • Pass background and drug screen prior to hire.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in Hydrovac industry for 5+ years (preferred)
  • CDL License - Class B (required), including Tanker endorsement and clean driving record
