Area Manager, Licensed Cosmetologist

About the role

We are looking for a results-oriented Area Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to oversee hair salons. The role requires bold decision-making, leadership, and a valid Cosmetology or Barber License. Daily travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train salon managers
• Ensure operational efficiency in each salon
• Maintain consistent marketing efforts across all salons
• Ensure salons adhere to company and industry regulations
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in all salons
• Manage a regional budget and ensure salons operate within it
• Address operational problems as they arise
• Liaise between regional branches and company headquarters
• Ensure consistent customer service levels across salons
• Make recommendations to senior management
• Troubleshoot computer-related issues when necessary
• Attend weekly calls and collaborate with peers and Regional Director
• Motivate and grow salon teams

Requirements

• Active Cosmetology or Barber License
• Willingness to travel daily
• Comfort with computers and troubleshooting
