Capable of comprehending and interpreting financial statements pertinent to a specific unit or group, and exhibits the capability to conduct cost-benefit analyses.
Displays an understanding of business implications and decision-making processes.
Explain water and well analysis to Account Managers and assist in developing the customer service regimen tailored to address unique oil and gas well issues.
Takes responsibility for overseeing subordinate activities, trains and develops their skills, and fosters their growth.
Interviews and hires employees to meet customer needs.
Shows the ability to prioritize and plan work activities, plan for additional resources, set goals and objectives, enforce company policies and procedures, and provide disciplinary action as necessary.
Manages and develops plans for the efficient use of equipment, materials, and personnel.
Expresses ideas and thoughts both verbally and in writing. Exhibits excellent listening skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience, with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in oilfield operations
- Knowledge of oilfield operations and equipment
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Knowledge and experience in the well-servicing or related oil and gas environment
