About the role
Central Self Storage is known for developing extraordinary leaders who drive business success by doing the right thing for our customers. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for all property operations for four stores and oversee up to 7 employees.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting, hiring and training new employees.
- Coaching to improve overall performance of employees and properties.
- Taking action to deal with disciplinary actions and counseling employees.
- Communicating effectively with staff, customers, vendors, and corporate staff.
- Aiding employees in finding solutions to problems.
- Making recommendations for improvements at properties.
- Reviewing delinquent accounts, bank deposits, lead-to-lease activity, and other monthly reports.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in managing multiple properties and employees.
- Two years or more of proven sales experience.

Pay
Salary: $48K to $50K plus monthly auto allowance of $400.
Schedule
Your working hours will be 10AM – 6PM 5 days a week. You will report to the Portfolio Manager.
