Area Development Coordinator

About the role

The Area Development Coordinator (ADC) plays a crucial role in the sales force of Buffalo Rock Company, managing the best beverage portfolio in the country. This position involves selling, merchandising, and rotating products across various retail accounts.

Responsibilities

• Sell new products and merchandise to retail accounts.
• Maintain and develop positive relationships with retail customers.
• Service assigned accounts according to Buffalo Rock standards and Franchise policies.
• Count and bring in transshipped products as required.
• Ensure compliance with CDA (Customer Distribution Agreement).
• Achieve and exceed Strategic Execution Objectives.
• Rotate products according to Buffalo Rock policy and prepare for pick-up.
• Report competitive activity, sales goals, and promote Buffalo Rock’s purpose and values.
• Work weekends and non-traditional hours as needed.
• Attend all required meetings and adhere to customer policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least one year of sales experience.
• Valid state driver license and Class A Commercial Driver License preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude towards company goals and policies.
• Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
