About the role
The Area Development Coordinator (ADC) plays a crucial role in the sales force of Buffalo Rock Company, managing the sales, merchandising, and rotation of beverage products across various retail accounts.
Responsibilities
- Sell, merchandise, and rotate products found in Buffalo Rock’s portfolio, including PepsiCo, Keurig Dr. Pepper, and private label brands.
- Service assigned accounts according to Buffalo Rock standards and Franchise policies, visiting accounts weekly regardless of product purchase.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring compliance with CDA standards.
- Execute and achieve account program key objectives, properly rotate products, and remove damaged/out-of-date items.
- Achieve required Strategic Execution Objectives, report competitive activity, and promote Buffalo Rock’s purpose and values.
- Work weekends and non-traditional hours as needed, adhere to customer policies, and attend all required meetings.
- Ensure safety and protect company assets, honor business commitments, and embody Buffalo Rock’s core values.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of sales experience
- Valid state driver license and Class A Commercial Driver License preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude towards company goals and policies
- Proficiency in presenting and communicating information to customers and management
