Area Development Coordinator

About the role

The Area Development Coordinator (ADC) plays a crucial role in Buffalo Rock Company's sales force. They are responsible for selling, merchandising, and rotating beverage products across various retail accounts.

Responsibilities

• Visit all retail accounts weekly, regardless of product purchase, to manage transshipping and count cases.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Solicit new accounts within the assigned sales area.
• Notify the supervisor of changes to existing accounts.
• Complete required paperwork and secure product distribution authorization.
• Maintain compliance with CDA standards.
• Achieve and exceed Strategic Execution Objectives.
• Execute and achieve account program key objectives.
• Rotate products according to Buffalo Rock policy.
• Remove damaged and out-of-date products.
• Prepare pallets, trays, and CO2 for pick-up.
• Report competitive activity, sales goals, and promote Buffalo Rock.
• Work weekends and non-traditional hours as needed.
• Attend all required meetings and adhere to customer policies.
• Ensure safety and protect company assets.
• Live Buffalo Rock’s core values and purpose.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least one year of sales experience (or management approval)
• Valid state driver license with a good driving record
• Preferred: Valid state Class A Commercial Driver License
