About the role
The Area Development Coordinator (ADC) plays a crucial role in Team Rock’s sales force, focusing on selling, merchandising, and rotating beverage products across various retail accounts. This position requires a high level of ethical and moral conduct, continuous self-improvement, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Sell and merchandise new products, incremental displays, and additional merchandising space.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and develop new accounts within the assigned sales area.
- Count and bring in transshipped products, ensuring compliance with CDA standards.
- Ensure proper rotation of all products in accordance with Buffalo Rock policy.
- Remove damaged and out-of-date products, prepare pallets, trays, and CO2 for pick-up.
- Achieve strategic execution objectives and execute account program key objectives.
- Report competitive activity, sales goals, and metrics to management.
- Attend all scheduled meetings and adhere to customer policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of sales experience (or management approval)
- Valid state driver license and Class A Commercial Driver License (preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively and present information to customers and management
- Positive attitude towards company goals and policies
- Ability to respond to inquiries and complaints from customers and members of the business community
