About the role
The Area Development Coordinator (ADC) is a key member of Team Rock’s sales force responsible for selling, merchandising, and rotating beverage products across PepsiCo, Keurig Dr Pepper, and Buffalo Rock private-label brands. Responsibilities
- Perform route-specific activities: sell new products, secure incremental displays, expand merchandising space, and execute promotions.
- Service all assigned accounts weekly according to Buffalo Rock standards and Franchise policy, including non-purchasing accounts to monitor transshipping.
- Develop and maintain positive professional customer relationships.
- Lead the assigned sector to ensure group success.
- Solicit new accounts in the assigned sales area.
- Notify supervisor of any account changes (ownership, closure, etc.).
- Complete all required paperwork per Company Policy and timeline.
- Secure full distribution and authorization for all current and future Buffalo Rock products.
- Monitor accounts for CDA compliance and achieve Strategic Execution Objectives.
- Properly rotate products, remove damaged or out-of-date items, and prepare pallets, trays, and CO₂ for pickup.
- Assist management in reporting competitive activity, achieving sales goals, and promoting Buffalo Rock Purpose and Core Values.
- Work weekends and non-traditional hours as needed; attend all scheduled meetings.
- Adhere to customer policies for vendors/suppliers, including business conduct, ethics, legal, delivery, and merchandising policies.
- Maintain high ethical and moral conduct while representing Buffalo Rock.
- Complete all assigned training (web-based, in-house, or other methods).
- Take reasonable precautions to protect the Company, employees, customers, and property from damage, theft, or liability.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- At least one year of sales experience (or management approval).
- Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record (required).
- Class A Commercial Driver License (preferred).
- Ability to present and communicate information to customers and management.
- Maintain a positive attitude toward company goals and policies.
- Respond to inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community members.

Work environment
