About the role

Little, a nationally recognized firm known for being a “Best Firm to Work For,” seeks a Studio Principal to lead the Healthcare Studio in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will embody the firm's core values of Care, Stretch, and Spark.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of architects, planners, and designers to develop and grow the Healthcare Studio in Charlotte, NC.
  • Develop and manage new business relationships with hospital clients.
  • Create and implement a long-term strategic plan to grow the Studio and client mix.
  • Work closely with the Office President and Healthcare Practice Leader to achieve these goals.
  • Have high autonomy and responsibility for the Healthcare Studio in Charlotte.
  • Benefit from a supportive environment with access to in-house resources.

Requirements

  • Registered Architect with 10+ years of experience in healthcare architecture and design.
  • Experience managing a team of people.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare planning and design in North Carolina.
  • Strong experience in business development and account management.

  • Extensive background in healthcare planning and design.
  • Resourceful and creative problem solver.
  • Motivated and energetic.
  • Passionate about improving the performance of healthcare clients through creative collaboration and breakthrough thinking.
