Responsibilities
- Lead the Healthcare Studio in Charlotte as the Studio Principal and part of the firm-wide Corporate Leadership team.
- Engage directly with clients and their goals from the start.
- Collaborate with the Office President and Healthcare Practice Leader to create a long-term strategic plan for studio growth and client mix.
- Lead the Healthcare Studio in Charlotte with support from studios in Charlotte, Durham, and Charleston.
- Manage a high degree of autonomy and responsibility for the studio.
- Leverage the resources of a large, expanded-services firm.
Requirements
- Registered Architect.
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare architecture and design.
- Deep healthcare experience in North Carolina.
- Experience as an account or client manager, including financial management.
- Strong business development experience.
- Proven team management experience.
