Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of senior specialists
• Develop and execute business plans aligned with strategy

• Coach managers to ensure project success and governance adherence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree, preferably with registration as an Architect
• Over 18 years of experience, including 10+ in architecture consultancy
• Proven leadership in managing complex projects and business change
• Experience managing teams across geographies and executive-level relationships
