Principal Architect - Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking a Principal for the Architecture and Urbanism division responsible for leading performance, service quality, and profitable growth within the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategy implementation to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency
• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of senior specialists
• Build strong client relationships to understand their needs, drive satisfaction, and foster organic revenue growth
• Mentor project and service managers to ensure successful project delivery and governance
• Manage talent acquisition, resource utilization, and risk management
• Stay informed on market trends and opportunities, and promote collaboration across the organization
• Implement division strategies aligned with overall business goals

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree; registered architect preferred
• 18+ years of experience, including 10+ in architecture consulting
• Proven leadership in complex projects and managing cross-geographic teams
• Experience in business change, client relationship management, and strategic planning
• Strong communication, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills
