Gray AES is looking to add a Architecture Assistant Design Manager to our Atlanta, GA and Dallas, TX office. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor architectural and design staff, promoting a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous professional growth.
• Collaborate with the Project Team to define roles and responsibilities and ensure shared ownership of project deliverables
• Develop and support technical proposals, design schedules, and cost estimates with a focus on feasibility and alignment with Customer expectations.
• Review and oversee design proposal criteria and contribute to the preparation of detailed technical proposal documents.
• Function as the design lead on smaller proposals, typically less than 10 million dollars.
• Conduct research on design strategies, building codes, and regulatory requirements to drive technical excellence.
• Consults with Customer to determine functional and spatial requirements and prepare and present integrated architectural and engineering design layouts that reflect a holistic
