About the role
This is a Contract to Hire hybrid position based in Providence, RI.
Responsibilities
- Create and revise architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit.
- Assist project teams in producing floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and presentation drawings.
- Support the development of design and construction document packages for a variety of architectural projects.
- Coordinate drawing updates and revisions based on feedback from project architects and project managers.
- Maintain drawing standards and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across project documents.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants to incorporate project requirements into drafting deliverables.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and support documentation efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform field verifications and incorporate site-related information into project drawings as needed.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional architectural drafting experience (internship experience may be considered).
- Proficiency in Revit with the ability to independently produce and modify architectural drawings.
- Understanding of architectural design and construction documentation processes.
- Working knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and industry drafting standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
