Architectural Drafter

About the role

Lars Remodeling & Design, an award-winning home remodeling company in San Diego specializing in residential remodels and new home construction, is seeking an Architectural Drafter to join our growing team. This is a full-time, office-based position in San Diego. Telecommuting is not available.

Responsibilities

• Project management and administrative tasks
• Redlines, field measurements, and as-built drawings
• Scanning and filing
• Field verifications
• Work under the direction of Residential Designers to keep projects progressing, on task, and on schedule through all phases

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field
• Working knowledge of basic design principles, materials, construction techniques, and building codes
• Construction background preferred
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

$55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year, based on experience.
