Arcade Manager

About the role

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an energetic, driven Arcade Manager to oversee the overall operations of our state-of-the-art games room. Our facility features arcade games, virtual reality, laser tag, bumper cars, and other attractions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and superior guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an excellent guest experience
• Meet and exceed arcade sales goals
• Manage a retail-style prize center
• Hire, train, and manage hourly staff
• Complete arcade audits
• Analyze game payouts and perform high-end reconciliation
• Merchandize the prize store
• Order arcade inventory and organize the storage room
• Price new items and test drive arcade games
• Generate and review arcade reports

Requirements

• 1-2 years of management experience
• Experience in retail or sales is a plus
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to analyze reports and proficiency with Excel
• Knowledge of Meriq, Tripleseat, Vector, Micros, and Embed software is a plus
