Arcade Manager

About the role

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Game Manager to join a high volume, fast-paced entertainment center. The ideal candidate will manage the game room, which includes arcade games, virtual reality, laser tag, and bumper cars, among other attractions.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Manage a retail-style prize center
• Analyze and understand game payouts
• Train and maintain team members for various positions
• Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and deliver an exceptional experience

Requirements

• 1-2 years of management experience
• Experience in retail or sales is a plus
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to analyze reports and proficient with Excel
• Meriq, Tripleseat, Vector, Micros and Embed software knowledge is a plus
