Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including staffing, hiring, training, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable working environment for staff and customers.
• Ensure a consistent and orderly environment for arcade and cafe operations.
• Manage budgets and staffing to maintain service quality.
• Perform attendant, store, kitchen, and tech duties as needed.
• Promote Tycoon Arcade sales and events.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional soft skills including effective communication, resiliency, and proactivity.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency in tasks and communications.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
