Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations including staffing, hiring, training, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable working environment for staff and customers.
- Ensure a consistent and orderly environment for arcade and cafe operations.
- Manage budgets and staffing to maintain service quality.
- Perform attendant, store, kitchen, and tech duties as needed.
- Promote Tycoon Arcade sales and events.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional soft skills including effective communication, resiliency, and proactivity.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency in tasks and communications.
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

- Fluent in spoken and written English.
